Bruce Lee explains the real meaning of "Be Water" |
|
Bruce Lee: He was a man ahead of his time. Through his teachings, he created a new pathway of martial arts philosophy. Founder of the "concept" of Jeet Kune Do, Bruce Lee opened a new door into a better understanding of martial arts. In his brief time on Earth, he did a number of interviews and through these great moments in time, we were able to get a small glimpse into Bruce Lee's message. This video was recorded in 1971 on the talk show Perret Berton Show and it provides a nice explanation of his famous "Be Water," comment. We thought it would be fitting to include this wonderful interview as part of the Martial Arts History Museum archives.
