The Library of Congress in Washington, D.C. is the world's largest library and is the national library of the United States. It has over 167 million items! You may recognize it from the movie: National Treasure: Book of Secrets. The main building is called the Thomas Jefferson Building because of Thomas Jefferson's early contribution to the library.
