Illinois police officer rushes to little boy's rescue on busy highway

A toddler slipped away from his mom in a Chicago suburb and made it onto a busy highway. A police officer saw the little boy and rushed to his rescue. The officer's quick actions were captured on dashcam video. CBS Chicago's Jeremy Ross reports.
