With the lock down, my gym like all other gyms has closed temporarily, so I needed a way to stay fit. I decided to buy an exercise bike, to keep my high intensity interval training going.

After reading many reviews, I settled for the Viavito Satori exercise bike as it seemed to tick a lot of the boxes.

The Viavito Satori fits nicely into a small space and isn't too bulky. I've got it set up in the corner of my conservatory, leaving plenty of room all around.

After nearly 2 months of use, it still looks and feels like a solid bike and I'm really pleased with it. I use it every other day for around 20 minutes of high intensity interval training. It's got magnetic resistance, allowing me to quickly change the levels of intensity from the smart control panel.

The family also use it and it's easily adjusted seat, makes it easy to use. The bike comes as self assembly and it took me under 20 minutes to get the bike up and running.

I also bought the chest heart monitor strap as for high intensity exercise, I wanted something a bit more accurate than the pulse grips on the handle bars.

I've attached a tablet and smartphone holder to the exercise bike, Tendak Exercise Bike Tablet Holder available on Amazon at: https://amzn.to/2WMMcMB)

A lot of exercise bikes regularly feature flywheels that typically weigh around 5kg. The Satori uses an extra-heavy 9kg (19.8lbs) flywheel that delivers a uniform , smooth and near-silent action all the way throughout your workout to make sure that your ride is both comfortable and enjoyable.

Staying on top of things of your workout has never been easier. Set resistance levels during your workout, navigate menus, create your own programs, found out personal profiles and choose workouts with minimum effort and maximum ease because of the clear, easy to know buttons and therefore the rotating dial on the Satori console. The rotating dial enables effortless menu navigation and programme selection avoiding tedious multiple button presses that are a feature of the many other upright bikes. Spend less time faffing around and longer understanding because of this easy , easy-to-use and effective system .

The Satori features a built-in wireless pulse receiver in order that you'll use a compatible chest belt to continuously monitor your pulse without breaking pace and disrupting your workout. Exercise confidently knowing that the readings you’re getting are accurate and reliable, helping you to remain safe and maximise your cardio training.
