Taylor Gugliuzza Nets a Career Path at Lewis University |

Taylor Gugliuzza, a standout lifelong basketball player from New Lenox, Ill., chose Lewis University to continue her hoops career. She quickly discovered the true value of the Romeoville-based university is what happens off the court.
Starting off as a major in Biology, her game plan when she started classes on campus. She changed her major to criminal justice, enjoyed experiential classes with faculty with real-world experience, and completed an internship that led to a new goal of becoming a criminal defense attorney. Taylor is now enrolled in the 4 + 1 program, which allows her to earn both her bachelor's degree and her master's degree in criminal justice in just five years at Lewis University. This option will also allow her to play a fifth year as a key player for the Lewis University Women's Basketball team for the past four years. During her time with the Flyers, she scored over 1,200 points and played in more than 100 games.
