The Lewis University Mentoring Program, Flyers Rise, will connect students with a mentor to assist in identity development, networking skills, and professional development with an end goal of post college success. In addition, the program offers students programming aimed specifically for underrepresented minority college students to help in their preparation for an effective and meaningful experience with their mentor.
