Lucia holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering in Politecnico di Milano and an Executive Master in Technologies & Innovation Management in Bologna Business School.

She started her professional experience in the Aerospace field and then moved to Home Appliances Business.

After having covered different managerial positions in R&D organization, in 2011 Lucia accepted the challenge to implement the open innovation model in Electrolux Group: she defined and implemented the open innovation strategy of the company, creating new alliances with external partners, in industrial, academic and financial networks.
