So far overall, the project is going well and the central Ohio market remains strong in spite of alot of national economic issues that are going on. I'm actually working on 2 flips at the moment and made an offer on a 3rd. So there is absolutely money out there to be had. You HAVE to look for the opportunity though! Real estate investing deals just won't fall into your lap.
