The Bocuse d'Or competition is particularly intense and stressful, but fortunately the teams can count on their coach. During the 5h35 of the competition, the coach ensure that the work plan defined and repeted a hundred times during the training is carefully respected.

The coach is like a guardian angel and a timekeeper for each team. Beyond his technical and moral support, his presence allows candidates to focus on the perfect execution of their recipes.

A role not so simple and common for these great chefs because they can't access the kitchens. Didier Haccoun, coach of the Luxembourg team, explains us with passion and humility his coaching role and its challenges.
