He’s letting them know that, although the kids may be doing inappropriate or illegal things, they shouldn’t worry because the “kids will turn out fine.” In Rocky’s mind, the parents seem to forget that they did the same things when they were kids; if they turned out fine, then they shouldn’t expect anything different from their own kids.
