In this Bengali rhymes YouTube video brought to you by Moople TV, the children along with their favourite cartoon characters the Dhinchak Dinos gather around grandpa for storytelling. Grandpa tells them the hilarious story of the 3 animals - the rat, the cat and the dog in the form of Bangla rhymes.
In this story, the rat and the cat are stuck in an eternal game of constant chase. The cat is perpetually in pursuit of the rat. Unfortunately, the rodent is much too fast for the mammal and is always out-running him. Worse, the rat would often hide in small spaces such as the inside of pipes where the cat could not get in. Once safe, it would make fun of the cat by making faces at him which would only serve to infuriate the latter further. Sadly for the cat, this was only half of its troubles. While, on one hand, it delighted in chasing the rat and putting it in distress, on the other, it was chased by the dog itself. Indeed, when the canine animal was in pursuit of the cat, it would run for its life and climb up a tree to save itself. Fortunately, while the dog and the cat had an adversarial relationship, their kids had a lot of fun with each other. The baby cats, also known as kittens, were good friends with the dog’s babies who are known as puppies. The puppies and the kittens were playmates and enjoyed each other’s company. The adults take a leaf out of the book of the children. After watching the puppies and the kittens play with each other and be friends, the dog, the cat and the rat decide to bury the hatchet and be friends themselves. After making up with each other, the animals partake in a game of cricket to foster a spirit of friendship and express their camaraderie for each other. Thus, grandpa concludes the story with a happy ending.
