Zwelinzima Vavi pleased with the SAFTU strike turnout

Workers belonging to the South African Federation of Trade Unions have poured into central Johannesburg‎ for a march to the Premier's Office, the Department of Labour and the Chamber of Mines.
The march is part of SAFTU's national strike today to protest against the intended introduction of the 20 rand an hour National Minimum Wage and strike balloting at the workplace.
