CIRM - Jean-Morlet Chair
Integrability and Randomness in Mathematical Physics

L'intégrabilité et l'aléatoire en physique mathématique
2019 - semester 1

With Alexander BUFETOV (CNRS - AMU), local project leader

Tamara Grava's research focuses on the Theory of integrable systems in Mathematical Physics and Applied Mathematics, and in particular on Highly oscillatory Hamiltonian Partial Differential Equations, emergence of singular solutions from smooth initial data, numerical treatment; Theta-functions of Riemann surfaces and nonlinear waves; and on Riemann-Hilbert problems, special functions and orthogonal polynomials. Tamara Grava is part-time Senior lecturer at the University of Bristol and part-time Associate Professor at SISSA.
