Asians Down Under review Bright, a 2017 Netflix movie which is a sci-fi, fantasy cop thriller starring Will Smith, Joel Edgerton, Noomi Rapace, Edgar Ramirez and Lucy Fry. Bright is directed by David Ayer who also directed Suicide Squad and End of Watch. There was a lot of hype around the movie Bright because it was a big-budget Netflix film. This is our review of the best and worst things about the Netflix blockbuster film. Were the critics wrong about how bad it was?
