My rehabilitation is going well, but I'm still lacking a lot. Fencers, please be careful of lumbar disc injuries. It's really painful. People say shut up and squat, but you have to exercise really carefully! My injury, too long and terrible.

One win requires a hundred defeats. I was beaten, broken and injured really badly for this video. But HEMA Fencing is always fun!
