After a prolonged period of ultra-easy monetary policy that contributed to multi-decade high inflation and asset price and credit market bubbles, the world’s major central banks are now slamming on the monetary policy brakes.

This event will examine the likelihood that central banks will be able to sufficiently reduce inflation without inducing an economic recession or a financial market crisis—or both.
