The impacful second feature film of the Belgiam director Lukas Dhont can be simply read as horrible and brutal at your first view, but it's a sucession of scenes that slowly indicates the feelings and thoughts of it's characters with symbols, collor and expressions.

In this video essay I try to both makes you undestand the use of this elements to further defend the argument of the story and, some how, make you fell less destroyed by the story, help you to make sense of it all.
