I've been living in Germany for about 2 and a half months now, so I thought that it was about time to share the "culture shocks" I've experienced so far. Of course everyone is going to have different experiences, but my personal culture shocks come from living in Bonn (NRW) for the first 2 months and then Strehla (Saxony) for the past 3 weeks. I also knew a lot about Germany before I arrived here, so I fortunately haven't experienced as much culture shock as the typical American exchange student in Germany, which is good for me :)
