This all-in-one 'nice & easy' gentle workout is created for seniors and beginners who need to start at a slower pace. This workout includes 15 minutes of standing cardio, 6 minutes of strength exercises, 2 minutes of balance and finishes with 6 minutes of stretching. As always, this is low impact. Please use your judgment on when to modify exercises. If you feel a move isn't good for you, please change the exercise to a move that is more suitable for you.
