In this video I break down the costs and the profits from each property and we figure out the exact amount you need to retire. I have been investing in property for 7 years and have already built up a portfolio of 5 rental properties that produce a solid semi passive income stream.

There are obviously a lot of variables involved such as price, yield, interest rates etc... So I'm going to base the projected forecast based on a purchase price of £90k with a 7% yield and 2.4% interest rate which at the current time is very obtainable.
