University of Maryland School of Medicine Dean E. Albert Reece, M.D., Ph.D., M.B.A. joined University of Maryland, Baltimore campus President Jay A. Perman, M.D. in announcing that the University of Maryland is breaking ground on Health Sciences Research Facility III (HSF III), a new building that will enable the School of Medicine to retain its position as one of the leading biomedical research institutions in the world.
