Let's be honest, for most of us losing weight is hard enough but add in stopping emotional eating then it becomes Sisyphus task (the dude who was cursed by Zeus to push a giant boulder up the mountain) and we have no factual knowledge on how to go about it so we fall for gimmicks and quick fixes that rarely work in the long run as we end up regaining the weight or never losing any to begin with or feeling too low emotionally over failing at yet another diet which spirals into binge eating because we need a pick-me-up. This channel is about telling you the facts of what you are consuming and how it's affecting your health. Along the way we will learn more about why we are eating what we are eating, when we are eating and what's happening in our lives and environment to lead us to what we are eating. We are going to learn about mindful eating, self-care practices to help with stress eating and finding better emotional coping mechanisms like meditation instead of binge eating.
