Sharing my Pansit Canton With Pork , Panlasang Pinoy Recipe , so easy and yum, Cooking Blog, Thank you so much.

Ingredients
250 grams flour stick noodles
5 ounces pork thinly sliced
1/2 piece onion sliced
4 teaspoon garlic sliced
3/4 cup carrot
2 Pcs Scallions sliced
1 piece BokChoy small, chopped
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3/4 cup water
3 tablespoons Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

Heat a large wok or cooking pot and pour-in the cooking oil.
Saute the onion and garlic.
Add the pork and sausage slices and continue to cook for 2 minutes.
Add-in soy sauce, Pour some waater Cook for 10-15 mins, Medium heat.

Add Carrots cook 1-2 mins.

Put-in the flour noodles. Gently toss until the noodles absorb the liquid.
Add-in the vegetables. Toss and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Add salt and pepper for final taste.

Transfer to a serving plate. Serve.
