Singapore, Chongqing businesses ink nine agreements to further digital collaborations |

Nine deals have been inked between companies in Singapore and Chongqing in China on the sidelines of the annual Smart China Expo. The agreements will further digital collaborations in sectors including manufacturing, trade and logistics, and healthcare. They include plans to co-develop 5G messaging solutions, and eye screening using artificial intelligence. Chongqing's trade with Singapore and other countries under the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership grew 26% on-year in 1H2021. Over 50 Singapore firms are taking part in the four-day exhibition virtually.
