If you are codependent, you are stuck. Codependency recovery will awaken you to the world of illusions and the belly of the beast. Living below the veil of consciousness is a trap of illusions, much like a house of mirrors, but you don't know that what you are looking at are reflections of your inner understandings of self and the world around you.

Codependency is NO JOKE. When we are codependent, we can end up in extremely toxic situations and NOT know how to get out. We discover we end up in relationships with those who are just as unconscious as we are. If we are lucky, we awaken and painfully discover that a narcissist believes in the reflections they see in the mirrors. That means, they remain asleep and you can become trapped in their world.

To stop being codependent in relationships sounds simpler than it sounds. Help for codependency is akin to throwing someone a life rope. They have to reach for it and they have to grab it and they have to swim to shore. You can't heal anyone from codependency, but you can help them awaken from the dream state codependency is, and light the way so they can find their way out of the house of mirrors.
