He is noticeably uncomfortable with the idea of Mikel Arteta leaving halfway through the season but concedes that he cannot stand in his way.

Pep and the rest of the backroom staff will move forward if Arteta ends up leaving to take the reigns at Premier League rivals Manchester City.
