Hey guys! This is Episode 7 of my Powerlifting Basics series: 5 biggest mistakes I made when started lifting, aka 5 things I wish I knew before starting lifting. In this video, I'll be talking about deloading, newbie gains, bench frequency, workout splits, and risks. On top are some of my lifts from last week!

Splits are great for body builders, beginners, or people who just work out, because it's much easier to plan (why I did it). Also, if you plan on doing full body workouts, I recommend strictly following a program so your workouts are balanced.
