Clarification: Full body workouts are (in my opinion) better than upper/ lower, push pull, or muscle group targeted workout splits FOR INTERMEDIATE TO ADVANCED POWERLIFTERS. Splits are great for body builders, beginners, or people who just work out, because it's much easier to plan (why I did it). Also, if you plan on doing full body workouts, I recommend strictly following a program so your workouts are balanced.
