History :
Mint chocolate chip ice cream was invented in 1973 by culinary student Marilyn Ricketts while studying at South Devon College in England. She entered a competition to provide an ice cream dessert for Princess Anne's wedding to Captain Mark Phillips at Westminster Abbey.
The history of Kentucky tobacco in Italy dates back to the second half of the 16th century during the pontificate of Gregory XIII. During this period, a flourishing tobacco market developed in the Republic of Cospaia, a tiny independent state that measures less than 2 square miles. This early center of tobacco production evolved into a commerce haven, which was eventually divided between Tuscany and the Papal States when it lost its independence in 1826.

History :
The correct name is “sfusato amalfitano''. It’s a unique variety- long, tapered and at least double the size of other lemons. It has thick and wrinkled skin with an intense perfume, and a sweet and juicy flesh. Cultivated in the typical terraced gardens along the Amalfi Coast, they are gathered from February to October. The ancient cultivation methods on terraces of porous earth. fertilized only with natural substances (verdigris)also play a part. The Amalfi lemon is an essential ingredient in the gastronomy of the coast: the juice, the flesh, the peel, and even the leaves are used in the cuisine.
Oriental tobacco, is a highly aromatic, small-leafed variety of tobacco which is sun-cured. Turkish tobacco plants usually have a greater number and smaller size leaves. These differences can be attributed to climate, soil, cultivation and treatment methods.

History :
Swiss chocolatier Barry Callebaut has launched a new type of chocolate called “Ruby”. The confectionery is characterized by a “berry-fruitiness” and a pink hue. “Ruby” chocolate is particularly targeted at Millennials and their desire for “hedonistic indulgence”.
Several different stories surround the origin of Cavendish, but all of them involve tobacco that was being transported on the ship of Sir
Thomas Cavendish in 1585. One tale says Cavendish infused his personal supply of tobacco with dark rum to prevent it from drying out and getting moldy. He then rolled the wet leaves together, binding them tightly with sail canvas and twine. Much to his surprise, the flavor improved. The tobacco smoked sweeter, was mellower and had an aromatic fragrance. The process of using double fermentation to create Cavendish tobacco was born.

The American blend includes three different types of tobacco with varying nicotine content. Virginia tobacco, also known as bright tobacco, has a moderate amount of nicotine relative to burley and oriental tobacco which are used in the American blend.
