This REIT Dividend Stock Could Yield 8% Within Years |

I am purchasing a deep discount REIT (real estate investment trust) dividend stock. Investors have ignored and dumped this stock, creating a buying opportunity for me (in my very humble opinion). Moreover, I believe this REIT dividend stock could yield 8% or more within the next few years, based on current fundamentals.

This is the REIT equivalent to the PE Ratio. Realty Income (O) is trading at a Price To AFFO or 18.81. 12:12 Why is ONL trading at a much cheaper level than O? 12:37 Fun Fact: Realty Income (O) now owns the Encore Boston Harbor resort! This is partnership with Wynn Resorts! 13:18 IMPORTANT: A PRIMER ON TRIPLE NET LEASE REITS (NNN REITS) 14:49 ONL Dividend Distribution Analysis: They just initiated their dividend distribution. 15:19 They only announced $0.10 per quarter, or 2.8% starting dividend distribution yield. 15:44 KEY POINT: They report on FAD (Funds Available For Distribution).
