In this weeks video we take a look at why and how balance training for cyclists and triathletes can, and SHOULD, start with stable ground first.

We look start 2 simple, but not easy, exercises that you can do to improve your balance, stability, and your ability to put power down to the pedals or road:

-Pawing
-Single leg balancing

These two exercises can help you improve your core strength, coordination, and help you move towards becoming more economical in your movements. Which can mean you have that little bit extra when it counts: at the end of the race or ride.
