Materials: Chair, yoga block Part 3: Seated (45:32 s) This fun and extremely beneficial chair yoga practice will help you to open your hip muscles and release tension in your entire body with a dynamic seated warrior sequence. Learn to relieve the stiffness of arthritic fingers with an awesome self-massage.
