FOR CLEAN VERSION SEE STORY NUMBER: 4385642 ASSOCIATED PRESS Los Angeles, 23 June 2022 1. SOUNDBITE (English) Natalie Portman, actor, on getting buff for the movie: "It was really, really fun. I had an incredible trainer, Naomi Pendergast, and, you know, it was such an incredible challenge to get that strong. And of course, my character is six foot and I'm five three. So there's a lot of movie magic that goes into it. But it was really, really wonderful as a goal to get as strong as possible and, you know, as big as possible when I think as women, we're often told to get, you know, make ourselves small." 2. SOUNDBITE (English) Chris Hemsworth, actor on Natalie Portman's arms on the movie: "You know, the first time I played 'Thor' was with Natalie and to come back now ten years later and do it again and have her be dressed as Thor and so on, is is incredible, it's incredibly intimidating. But I'm honored to work with her and so proud of what she's done in the film. It's amazing." (Reporter: "Who has the bigger arms?") Hemsworth: "She does. Yeah. No matter how many push-ups I did, hers just looked bigger, I don't know (Laughs.)." 23. SOUNDBITE (English) Sean Gunn, actor: "I don't know whose arms I'm more impressed by Chris' or Natalie's. They're both magnificent. You know whose arms America has not been clamoring to see? And that's mine.
