Mr. Vikalp Jain, Co-Founder and President, AcadGild opened up with stating that the skill and education of the people of a society decides its fate, and added that if the dream of making progressive India should become a reality, its people should be skilled and imparted with an attitude to be life-long learning. He indicated that though there is a compelling demand in people for learning online there is also acute percentage of failures and dropouts from the courses, which is eventually an outcome of improper engagement models.
