We live in a culture in which honest conversations about mental illness are still taboo.

David is on a mission to change that. He wants to break through that taboo and help us talking about mental health issues. But he can't do that alone, he’s going to need your help.

People rather ride out the storm and hope for the best instead of participating in an honest conversation about how they really feel. Sadly, with suicide and depression statistics forever on the rise all over the world, there is still have a lot of work to do. It’s time for change. David is a stand-up comedian, teacher and author. He is no stranger to ending up in a black hole. David has struggled al his life with manic episodes, severe depression and suicidal thoughts. He wants to help break the taboo around mental health issues and talking about them.
