3/4 Cup All Purpose
Flour
1/2-3/4 Cup Corn Starch
or Potato Starch
(ALL SEASONINGS OPTIONAL BASED
ON YOU)
1/4 Teaspoon Lemon Pepper
Seasoning
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
1/8 Teaspoon Cayenne
1/4-1/2 Teaspoon Chipotle Chili Powder
1/2 Teaspoon (Kosher) Salt



Buttermilk Marinade:
3 Tablespoons Buttermilk
1 Tablespoon Heavy Cream (Optional)
1/2 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
1-2 Tablespoons Dill Pickle Juice
1 1/2 Tablespoons Hot Sauce
1/4-1/2 Teaspoon Chipotle Chili
Powder
1/4 Paprika
1/4 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1/8-1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne
1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Lemon Pepper Seasoning
1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
