Do you wish to perform at your best? You will need to master your subconscious mind. One may not realize but your subconscious mind has a much great impact on your behavior, attitude & ultimately how you perform in life.
In this motivational video Swami Mukundananda gives two real life examples showcasing the power of the subconscious mind & how the subconscious affects a person's behavior.

The first real life example is of Arunima Sinha whose never say die attitude made her the first Indian amputee to climb Mount Everest. Even after undergoing a major life changing tragedy because of ultra-positive state of her subconscious mind, she had full belief in herself and was able to achieve a feat only few could even dream of. On contrary someone whose subconscious is full of negativity, they always see every little difficulty in life impossible to overcome.

However Swami Mukunadanada explains, there is always hope for people with negative attitude, because the state of the subconscious can be changed as per our liking.
Just like wet clay can be given any form, we too can transform our subconscious with the help of various techniques like self-affirmation & repeated positive messages to oneself. And by optimizing the subconscious you can start performing at your best.
