Male culture has changed dramatically over the past decade and masculinity has been tied to toxic, degenerative behaviors. As a result, the rules and beliefs surrounding masculinity have become redefined. Stoicism has become a modern day bible for young men confused about how to lead a good life and be a good man. What are the driving forces behind this cultural shift in men? How should we view masculinity?

In today's video, I hope to explore those questions and explain why Stoicism appeals to such a vast number of men.
