Driver in right hand lane, cuts through left lane, directly in front of another car, almost causing an accident.

They are at a roundabout - they can literally go around the roundabout, and exit safely, but clearly a bad driver, unable to make that decision.
Hats off to the driver in the silver car - alert and aware.
