Leonardo DiCaprio took home an Oscar Sunday night for his role in The Revenant. Leo's long awaited win broke a social media record. His big win resulted in 440,000 tweets a minute.

Whoopi Goldberg was confused for Oprah Winfrey on Oscar night. Style website Total Beauty tweeted, "We had no idea @Oprah was #tatted, we love it. #Oscars." They posted a picture of Goldberg from Sundays red carpet along with it. The site has since apologized to both woman and everyone else they offended.

It's Kylie vs Kylie. Kylie Minogue has filed opposition to Kylie Jenner's attempt to trademark their first name, Kylie. Minogue pointed out that she has been know by her first name since her first album and she owns and operates kylie.com. She thinks granting Jenner the right to trademark her name would cause confusion for buyers between the two brands.

CBS announced Monday that they have renewed NCIS for two more seasons. The popular crime solving drama is currently in its 13th season. Mark Harmon who plays team leader Gibbs, has signed a two year deal as well. NCIS is the number 1 drama among total TV viewers.
