Dopamine detox is a big buzz word right now...

And like any buzzword, it can turn cliche really fast. But I decided to see how much utility there was to it because I have been quite unproductive lately. Especially during the quarantine.

This video doesn't go into any science or psychology behind a dopamine detox, it's just my experience trying it. I share a lot of my struggles, what was hard, what was easy, and what the result was. This isn't the normal content I make but I consider style & self-development to all fall under the self-care umbrella. Don't worry, I'll be back to making style & grooming content after this.
