📜 食譜 recipe
蕾絲蛋捲 約20根
Egg roll（about 20）

無鹽奶油 Unsalted butter 40g
砂糖 sugar 40g
雞蛋 egg 150~160g
低筋麵粉 cake flour 100g（或是低粉95g＋奶粉4g）
(Or 95g cake flour + 4g milk powder)
天然色粉 少許
Natural color powder a little bit
⭕ 做好的蛋捲放涼後要馬上密封放陰涼處保存，建議三天內吃完，如果有烤得夠乾並且密封的包裝或容器效果也很好，基本上可以放三天還是脆的，如果軟掉再回烤一下放涼又是脆的
⭕ The egg roll should be sealed and stored in a cool place immediately after it is cooled.
It is recommended to eat it within three days.
If it is baked dry enough and the sealed packaging or container you use is also very good, it is basically crisp after three days ,If it becomes soft, you can bake it for a while
