Hi, friends!! Welcome to the Hive! Join me as I take you on a tour through the lobby, laundry room, elevator, hallway, a study room, a trash room, stairwell, and of course our whole dorm room space at Garden at the Hive (Room 415). Below are some helpful measurements and links regarding housing policies and information about residence halls at SCAD. Please let me know if you have any questions! -Also, shout-out to my mom for the labeling, bins, command hooks, and rollaway carts. :)

Measurements a friend and I made that may not be listed in that video:
- Between poles of the night stand - 8.5 inches
- Bottom of nightstand to floor - 14.5 inches
- Underneath bed SPRINGS to floor - about 24 inches
- Bottom of bed BORDER to floor - about 21 inches
- Top of closet to ceiling - about 21.5 in.
- Desk to floor - about 28 inches
- Between poles of the desk - about 37 inches
- The couch is roughly 6ft long and 3 ft deep/wide
- Bedroom appears to be roughly 15ft by 11ft

Information I did not mention in the video:
- Room “A” is the room closest to the living room (the one you see when you first walk in the door) and Room “B” is the room closest to the kitchenette sink. In the video, my roommate and I’s room shown was room “A.”
- The bedrooms do have locks on them if you wish to utilize. We get into the dorm living room space utilizing our ID cards and then if you wish to lock your actual bedroom, each person gets their own physical key 🔑 for their bedroom.
