As a busy mom of three, it can be hard to have energy and feel productive, so I try to start my day off with lemon water to stay hydrated, a calming cup of decaf coffee, a little bit of work time and calendar management so that I can tackle my to-do list for the day ahead, and have some prayer and positivity to get my day started off on a happy note. Of course it takes some coordination to get the three kids all ready and out the door for school on time, keep the house clean and get work done, and then making time for a workout and but it's so important to keep your body moving and healthy!
