In the final video we argue that collaborative leadership is not a feature a school either possesses or does not. Instead it is a characteristic that can be present to a lesser or greater degree in some parts of school life and can be grown. It is an aspiration to work towards, not an ‘all or nothing’ venture. We explain a framework designed to help you explore your leadership culture and how you might wish to develop it.
