James Bond Re-mastered Title Sequence - Thunderball 1965 |

This is another video interpretation of a James Bond title sequence. Only this time it's Thunderball.
This was the first title sequence I made using video footage. Filmed this in a garden in Bristol. The garden was like a bloody jungle. So I used it's jungle like potential to film the Thunderball title sequence. Again it took me a day to make. Even though the grass is green in real life, I was able to change the hue, and the brightness and the contrast, to make the grass look like a purple blue, to give the effect of underwater seaweed. After that I then changed the aspect ratio from 16:9 to 2:35:1 cinema widescreen Panavision. I think this intro was one of the best nitro's I've done. Oddly enough the only intro I've done from the 1970s was Diamonds are Forever, and even that's a challenge. Doing the Thunderball intro was a of piss!!! From yours truly Dwane |
