I believe this is 鄧麗君's first ever recording of her Japanese song, 空港 in 1974 when she first toured in Japan. 猪俣公章 (Kohsyou Inomata) created the tune and 森岡賢一郎 (Ken-ichiro Morioka) arranged the song. 山上路夫 (Michio Yamagami) wrote the lyrics in Japanese.

In 1975, 鄧麗君 covered the Mandarin version 情人的關懷. The only difference is the lyrics is in Chinese and is written by 莊奴. The song first appeared from the 島國之情歌 - 再見我的愛人 album.
