Mantra for the Universal Oneness | सर्व लौकिक एकता के लिए मंत्र
ब्रह्मैवेदं अमृतं पुरस्तात् ब्रह्म पश्चात् ब्रह्म दक्शिणतश्चोत्तरेण।
अधश्चोर्ध्वं च प्रसृतं ब्रह्मैवेदं विश्वमिदं वरिष्ठम् ॥
मुण्डक उपनिषद के अनुसार वर्तमान समय में वैश्विक स्तर पर ब्रह्म का कुछ विशेष अर्थ नहीं हैं । ये हम सभी हैं जिनमे ये संपूर्ण रूप से समाया हुआ हैं । इस मंत्र का जाप सरंक्षण भाव तथा दृढ़ता का संचार करता हैं । ध्यान रहें इस मंत्र का जाप रोज़ आधा घंटा आकाश मुद्रा में रहकर एकांत में करें इससे शरीर में अंतरिक्ष तत्वों की वृद्धि होती हैं । इस मुद्रा में अंगूठे से दूसरी ऊँगली के सबसे ऊपर वाले सिरे को अंगूठे के सबसे उपरवाले सिरे से दबाएं तथा बाकी बची उँगलियों को एकदम सीधा रखें । ये मुद्रा नकारात्मक भावों को नष्ट करने तथा शरीर के शुद्धिकरण में सहायक होती हैं ।

The Mundak Upanishad states that all present universal “Brahman” is nothing but you and is encompassing you from all sides. Thus elevating the self esteem to higher levels. Chanting and meditating on this Mantra reinforces a feeling of being protected and being unbreachable. It is recommended that this Mantra be chanted in a quiet place for half an hour every day with hands in the Aakaash Mudra which increases the element of space within the body. In this Mudra the tips of the middle fingers are pressed to the tips of the thumbs while the remaining fingers are held straight. This helps in removing all negative emotions and detoxifies the body.
