Fifteen years ago I was a pretty fast rower, then life happened. Now I'm 38, father to a 3 year old, and starting a new career. I've spent 12 years as a professional rowing coach helping athletes unlock their potential. A year ago I was 204 lbs and struggling with numerous health issues. Now I'm at 172 lbs and much healthier, but the struggle is real and I'm taking it one day at a time. Target weight is 150 lbs (I'm 5'8") while eating as much as I want, when I want. Welcome to my journey. This vlog will chronicle my training and my return to a healthy and fit lifestyle. I hope that by sharing my experience and insights, you may find it easier to achieve success on your own journey. It'll also help keep me accountable :) ______________________________________ If you want to learn more about the sport, visit my other channel, Rowing Resource: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCWfCh1P2b2JlE4ueXOyA1nA If you want to support my efforts to educate the rowing community please visit the links below.
