Emily Onufer believes in the use of art for social change, and she shares her experience of curating an exhibit of photographs and stories, “Transportation Today and Tomorrow: Envisioning a Greater Richmond.” She reminds us that a strong, reliable regional public transportation network is essential for a healthy community.
