Glorification of Mental Illness on Social Media | Chloe Moukadem | LLFP TEDEd Club |
|
Do we glorify serious mental illness on social media? Now is THE time to discuss mental illness. Experts and uninformed individuals have some stereotypes about mental health issues. These prejudices make it difficult for people that are struggling to speak up. Mental health issues deserve the same attention and support as physical health.
Chloe has an enhanced emotional intelligence. She always has a fresh perspective on social issues and relationships. A very unique analytical mind. Facilitator: Rola Sinno TED-Ed, TED's education initiative, inspires tomorrow's TED speakers and future leaders by supporting students in discovering, developing and sharing their big ideas in the form of short, TED-style talks. In the TED-Ed Student Talk program, students work together to discuss and celebrate creative ideas through TED-Ed's flexible curriculum.
